Two Kids and a Laser ("we," "us") operates twokidsandalaser.com and sells made-to-order laser-cut and engraved products from Rocky Point, North Carolina. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Order & contact details: name, email, phone (if provided), shipping address, and order notes when you checkout or submit a custom request.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect payment details under their own privacy policy.
Account information: if you create a staff or customer account, we store the email and authentication data needed to sign you in (via our auth provider).
Design / personalization content: names, text, or files you upload for custom work.
Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited may be collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

How we use information

To process, make, and ship your orders

Who we share information with

How to exercise rights: Email Theresa@twokidsandalaser.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” your state of residence, and the request type. We will verify your identity as required and respond within timelines set by applicable law (often 45 days, with possible extension). Authorized agents may submit requests where state law allows.

Residents of states without a dedicated consumer privacy statute still have rights under federal law (e.g. CAN-SPAM for marketing email) and may contact us to access, correct, or delete information we control, subject to legal retention needs.

Security & retention

We use HTTPS, industry-standard payment processing through Stripe, and access controls on our admin tools. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for orders, support, legal, and tax purposes.

Children

Our products may be for children's rooms, but our website is directed at adults purchasing gifts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
