Welcome to Two Kids and a Laser. By using twokidsandalaser.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

The business

Two Kids and a Laser is a made-to-order laser cutting and engraving shop based in Rocky Point, North Carolina. Products may be personalized and are often produced after you order.

Orders & payment

• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• Custom and personalized items may begin production soon after payment; changes or cancellations may not be possible once work has started.
• You are responsible for providing accurate personalization text, shipping address, and contact information.

Made to order

Lead times are estimates listed on product pages or communicated by email. Delays can occur due to materials, customization complexity, or carrier issues. We will communicate material delays when we can.

Shipping

Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout when available. Risk of loss transfers according to the carrier's rules once the package is with them. Local pickup, when offered, must be arranged with us.

Returns & refunds

Because many items are personalized or made to order, returns are limited. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy. If an item arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Intellectual property

Site content, product designs we create, and branding are owned by Two Kids and a Laser unless otherwise noted. Do not copy designs for resale without permission. If you supply artwork or text for personalization, you confirm you have the right to use it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (fraud, scraping abuse, interference with services, or illegal activity). We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.

Disclaimer

Products are handmade; slight variations are normal. The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top will be revised when we post changes.
